I was born in Nanjing, China. After attending Nanjing Normal Elementary School until 3rd grade, my parents made the decision to immigrate to Los Angeles. I was only nine years old when I arrived in America, where I started 4th grade. At school, I could not understand any English, as it was my second language. However, my English improved after a few years. During middle school, after transferring to various schools, I discovered a great interest in leadership and video games. There, I became a member of the associated student body, founded my own Four Square club, and grew it to 64 club
members. I made websites and designed merchandise for my club. After I got into high school, I founded another club that teaches members how to trade in the stock market using options. My interest in playing Minecraft and Roblox, in particular, prompted me to develop and release my own video games on their platforms. I am currently in Pepperdine University's 3-2 engineering program, pursuing a BS in Physics and a BA in Computer Engineering. After Pepperdine, I plan to transfer to USC to earn an MS degree in video game development.
